Welcome to Mountain Entertainment Inc

. By purchasing a ticket, entering the premises, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service:


1. Ticket Purchases & Admissions

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds or exchanges may only be offered at management’s discretion.

  • Tickets are valid only for the specified movie, date, and time listed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any guest for violation of these terms or disruptive behavior.

  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Identification may be required for age-restricted films (e.g., “R” or “NC-17” rated movies).


2. Conduct & Theater Etiquette

  • Talking, disruptive behavior, or use of mobile phones during a movie is prohibited.

  • Recording, photographing, or live-streaming inside the auditorium is strictly forbidden and may result in removal and/or legal action.

  • Guests must comply with staff instructions and posted rules.

  • Intoxicated or disorderly individuals may be denied entry or asked to leave without refund.


3. Food & Beverages

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless authorized (e.g., for medical or dietary needs).

  • Alcoholic beverages, if sold on premises, may only be consumed by guests 21+ with valid ID.


4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Tickets are non-refundable after the showtime begins.

  • Advance ticket purchases may be exchanged (subject to availability) if requested at least 4 hours prior to showtime.

  • Special events, private screenings, and discounted tickets may have different refund/exchange policies.


5. Safety & Liability

  • Guests enter the premises at their own risk. Mountain Entertainment Inc is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

  • We are not liable for personal injury, accidents, or incidents caused by guest negligence or violation of these terms.

  • In case of emergency, please follow staff instructions and theater safety procedures.


6. Accessibility

  • We are committed to providing equal access. Accessible seating, assistive listening devices, and captioning services are available upon request.

  • Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws.


7. Privacy

  • Personal information collected (e.g., for online ticketing, loyalty programs) will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.


8. Modifications

  • Mountain Entertainment Inc reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website and at the box office.
